1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at www.plugnplayent.com or engaging services from Plug N Play Entertainment ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Bookings
Plug N Play Entertainment provides DJ services, interactive entertainment (karaoke, Singo, trivia), venue entertainment programming, equipment rentals, and DJ instruction through Plug N Play Academy. All bookings and reservations are subject to written confirmation, agreement to event specifications, and deposit requirements set forth in your event agreement.
3. Equipment Rentals
Clients renting audio, lighting, or event equipment agree to exercise reasonable care. Any loss, theft, or damage beyond standard wear and tear will be assessed according to the terms of the rental agreement.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are specified in your individual event service agreement. Deposits secure the requested date on our calendar and prevent booking other clients for that time slot.
