1. SMS Consent & Program Description
By submitting an inquiry form on www.plugnplayent.com and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive automated and conversational text messages (SMS and MMS) from Plug N Play Entertainment regarding your event inquiries, date availability, quotes, booking reminders, and customer service communications.
2. Opt-Out & Stopping Messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending "STOP", we will send you an SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further text messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

4. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your event planning timeline and interactions. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile carrier for your plan's pricing.
5. Privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
